GW6 Classic BT Music Player stays on screen when not in use

Anyone has issues with the music player staying on the screen even if not in use? I uninstalled my Amazon music player to see if Spotify will do the same. 

Note: 1st full charge lasted me 2 days. I enabled aod to see the difference.

Uninstalling Amazon music worked for me. Do you trade in your watches every year?
