Galaxy 3 watch and skin rash

Got a galaxy watch 3 for my wife. However, she is having severe skin rashes and stopped wearing this expensive watch.  Is there anything that can be done to address the rash issue?

Make sure she takes off the watch every few hours to let her skin dry out. Putting baby powder on her wrist might also help to keep the area dry. She might be allergic to the material of the watch band, so changing out the band may help as well.
