Galaxy 3 watch disconnecting won't re connect

my galaxy 3 watch keeps disconnecting from my phone .It's name and serial number is shown in the app.
Most things are greyed out in the app ! Big orange button say connect but it won't.
Will only connect if you do a reset but then disconnecting very quickly ?
Any help please before I take it back 🥺😐

Can I please get your full model number, baseband version, service provider, Bluetooth or LTE, the device your watch is paired with as well as the Android version on the device?
