My Galaxy active to watch is not responding to touch. Also apps are opening up spontaneously. Just had to replace my phone and can no longer pair it with the new phone. Have reset it as well with no luck. What should I do?
Did it start happening after the latest update? Mine started doing the same thing after I updated it. Contacted samsung support & they said I'd have to send it in. Since I'm out of warranty, I'd be responsible for the cost to repair it. I have yet to send it in because I feel I should not have to pay to fix a perfectly working watch that their update broke.
