I am having issues with my Galaxy Active 2 screen being unresponsive. Started last night and tried making calls on it's own so I had to disconnect my Bluetooth from it.  It dims, visually shakes/flickers, blurs, & changes to a greenish-blue color. I have rebooted it 4x. I was finally able to power off this morning yet when it powered back it, the same issues occurred. It is trying to make calls and respond to messages on its own. I confirmed the wearable app is up to date as well as all software on the watch.  I proceeded to try and reset completely and now cannot pair again since the screen will not allow me to choose OK to pair with my Samsung galaxy phone.  I have only had it for about 13 months now.  Ready to go back to my Garmin 😞

Hello,

I would like to further assist you in a private message, sounds like your watch may need a service repair. http://bit.ly/2GGYul4

Has the watch been dropped or have been in contact with any water recently?
