Galaxy WatchI bought the galaxy active watch 2 in Dec. 2019. I use it for circuit training and walking. During circuit training while I am doing a plank exercise or when my wrist presses up against the pause button and pauses the work out. When I press the button to activate again it takes me to a new screen that says open music or it takes me to the samsung pay screen. This is extremly frustrating. I've worn my wrist band tighter and loose still happens. Any help you can offer is appreciated

Galaxy WatchHi, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I did some research and while the watch automatically tracks different workouts, if you've stopped working out past a minute, the workout tracking will stop. My guess is that the watch doesn't recognize planks as one of the workouts that it can automatically track.
If you go to the Samsung Health app on the watch, then go to "Workout Detection" then "Activities to detect", you can see which diffferent workouts the watch is able to track.
I hope that helps.

Galaxy WatchI'm sorry I wasnt clear. The watch pauses and I can not get it to resume the work out. When I press the button it takes me to "open music screen" or "samsung pay screen" it doesnt resume the exercise.
I notice it most doing planks. My wrist will press the button to pause unintentionally and I cant get it to resume workout. I have to press the screen to finish that workout and go to a new workout to continue my workout.
I hope that is a little more clearer explanation of my issue.
Thank you for your time.

Galaxy WatchThis happens to me too, with resistance bands rubbing up against the button. The "press back button to resume workout" function DOES NOT WORK; when I press the button to resume, it tries to open Samsung music, and if I press it for a longer period it tries to open Samsung Pay, and I have to completely exit the workout. This makes consistent tracking IMPOSSIBLE. Is there a fix for this?

Galaxy WatchThis happens when I'm hiking. Last week it stopped at 14.61 miles and I couldnt get it to resume. I had to start a new workout for the last half a mile. My FitBit did a better job than this fancy high sport watch!! It needs to be fixed!!!

Galaxy WatchI called customer service - on hold for half hour, the rep then said she was transferring me to someone that could help. I was transferred to an automated message that said I need to call between 9 - 6. Poor customer service. Sadly, I am returning the watch. If they would have just helped with this issue, and shown ustomer care, I would not be returning the product.

Galaxy WatchThis same thing happened to me during a workout were i accidentally touched the left earbud and it paused my workout. The watch pauses and I can not get it to resume the work out. When I press the button it takes me to "open music screen" or "samsung pay screen" it doesnt resume the exercise.
