I have the Galaxy Active Watch and lately it has started randomly losing it's battery charge. It will be at 87% and then 2 hours later it's at 35%. I have no idea why this is happening.
Also, when I receive notifications on my phone, it's an S10e, they don't come through on my watch for a long time. It could be 5 minutes late or 30 minutes late coming through on my watch. Again, I am not sure why.
Do any of you have similar problems or know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated, especially with the battery problem.
Update: the watch now seems to be working fine. Perhaps it was just a glitch. Hopefully it will not return.
Have you updated the software on the watch recently?
Have you tried fully backing up the watch and performing a factory reset to see if that helps any?

Yes, I have tried those things. The watch fixed itself for a little while, then lost battery really fast again, and now it seems to be doing ok. I am hoping that the issue will not return again. Thank you so much for your reply :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:
