My active watch keeps disconnecting. I have uninstalled wearables, reinstalled, reset watch, reset network and it keeps disconnecting.
Wearables opens to a black screen then after a while goes to home screen.
I have had more problems with this watch and phone. It is a joke. Please help me fix once and for all
Have you tried taking both devices to a local uBreakiFix to have them evaluate them? They are an authorized repair center and would be able to troubleshoot the issue for you. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/ubreakifix/
Why would I need to take them to a break fix shop.. my Samsung 10+ was 1400 and my watch was like 250
