Galaxy Smartwatch with Xfinity / Verizon 4G LTE

I want a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch with Verizon 4G LTE. I have Xfinity Mobile which uses the Verizon wireless network. Will my watch work?

I thought about that but their customer service isn't that great. Takes forever to talk to someone who isn't always very knowledgeable.

Just contacted Xfinity and got through right away. They're aware customers want smart watches and they don't support them yet. They will in the future but no date set yet. FYI in case any one else has the same question.

This is not a solution to the problem identified. Perhaps Samsung can work with Xfinity to hurry this along.

Xfinity does support Apple Watches. I am considering selling my Galaxy Active2 watch and buying an Apple watch so I can use the Xfinity Mobile service with it. I have spent over a year asking Samsung and Xfinity about this. They just keep pointing the finger at each other.

No. I did the same thing. Xfinity supports ONLY IPhone smart watches! I bought a Samsung phone from Xfinity with I bundled with them. I bought a Samsung smartwatch and called Xfinity to activate it and was told they don't support Samsung smartwatches! I'm looking for a carrier now that will offer one line, support a Samsung watch at a cost that doesn't make the Xfinity bundle worthless.

Did you find a carrier/line that just supports the Samsung watch? If so, were your phone and watch able to sync with each other even though they're on different carriers?
