Does anyone know why my Galaxy Watch 3 LTE (that has an active contract with EE) won't call or message unless it is connected with my phone? Is there a setting that's been reverted somewhere after the last update?
I should be able to use my watch for this away from my phone which is why I got this watch. If I wanted the watch that only works through my phone I would have got the Bluetooth version.
Sorry I forgot to come back and update this. The issue is solved. Despite still having an active package with EE, the plan within the wearable app was saying the service had expired.
EE didn't know how or why, but they took the EID number and created/linked a new service plan to the watch. Since that became active everything is work as expected.
