Galaxy Watch 3 LTE - Latest Update - No SPO2 option enabled

Downloaded and performed update to R845USQU1BTG6 .  The update said it included SP02 functionality.  Made sure that there are no outstanding App updates in Galaxy Store (including Samsung Health).  No SP02 option on the Watch at all (I watched videos and saw where it should be and it isn't there).  

Anyone have any other ideas?

I bought the LTE version as well and had same issues. Mine was also not recording stairs climbed. I took it into best buy Samsung guy and he said I should return it.

i returned it now I'm just trying to figure out if I want to buy a new one or not.

Update:  Just got a new Samsung Health app notification for the watch and ran the update.  SP02 now shows up and appears to work.

Got the BTG7 version if the software in UK, but same... no SPO2 option.

Thats weird. Seems the LTE versions are having this issue. Mine is non LTE and got update last Friday. works fine.
