Galaxy Watch 3 Rash

Has anyone noticed any sort of rash after purchasing and wearing their new Galaxy Watch 3? I bought one about a week ago and am now noticing a circular skin rash where the watch sits on my wrist. I do not wear it too tight or too loose. I keep my wrist dry as well.

I never had any skin issues with my Gear S3 which I've owned up until now. You'll notice in the attached image, the rash is made up of tiny bumps and they definitely have an itch to them. 

I'm wondering if others are experiencing similar side effects. In looking for answers online, I see where this has been an ongoing and unsolved issue for the Galaxy Watch series. Any insight? I'm soon going to be returning the watch for a refund if it doesn't go away!

I to have a red mark on my wrist from the watch. when I had the 42mm I never had any rash or red marks. it's growing in size and my skin is peeling. I would post a picture if I could.

I get the same thing too. At first it was the band, but I changed it to ones that can breathe better, but the rash from the watch face won't go away. I keep getting it. I have never had this problem before with all the other Samsung watches I've had. Sometimes, I feel like it's getting warm. it looked like a burn with blistering at one point.
