Galaxy WatchI have a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic with LTE and the mic is not working it would seem. Worked fine when I got. I have reset the device a few times to no avail. There is even a thread with other having a similar issue Galaxy Watch 4 Microphone Problems : GalaxyWatch (reddit.com)
I have also had the device swapped out and have the same issue. Anyone have any further suggestions?

Galaxy WatchMine seemingly stopped working but I now realize that the volume / sensitivity went way down on the microphone so that I have to get closer to the watch and speak a little louder for it to pick up. At the same time the volume on anything on samsung internet at full volume went down to 25% or just barely audible with no other noise in the room. I think it also affects the volume of calls made from the watch because the last time I used it to do that the person complained and I switched it the call over to the phone. If you pull up volume control it is on full but gets even worse and will adjust the sound down from there. I am not sure what happened but I hope some update will fix it. It is not worth sending the watch back because I can still do voice to text getting close and speaking a little louder but would like it fixed because I enjoyed going on the internet occasionally.

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how important the use of the microphone can be on your watch. Have you checked the mic to make sure there is nothing blocking it?
Does this happen for all uses of the microphone or just specific uses?
Are you able to record audio on your watch using the microphone?
Have you had an update to your watch recently?

Galaxy WatchI appreciate your attention to this!
The issue curretly occurs in all use cases. I have verified that the mic is/was clear in all test and in my daily use. The watch is fully updated (I had also checked for any new updates just in case).
Thank you for your helping out!

Can I please have your full model number and baseband version for your watch?

Galaxy WatchHello, I received a new Watch 4 for Christmas. I tested out features and everything seemed to work. Shortly afterwards I received an update and my mic appeared to stopped working. I did some trouble shooting and found that the mic volume is set to a very low level. It can hear tapping on the watch, or if I yell at the watch. I've reset the watch when I re-paired it to a new phone (Gal S21+) and it has not resolved the issue.
Is there a way to fix the mic volume issue?
