Galaxy Watch 4 no ringtone when receiving incoming calls or notifications

Galaxy Watch 4 is on UI 6.0 

When there is an incoming calls, the galaxy watch 4 does not sound (no ringtone) so I don't know if someone is calling. 

Check that speakers work though, voice comes through so not a speaker issue.

Maybe some setting about the ringtone on phone too your watch(like only play on phone or something), additionally if Bluetooth is connected I've had that mess with ringtone and notifications before.

Do you have the ringer sound on?  The voice speaker a different control from the watch sounds.  Do you have vibration on?  Even if there is no ring tone, your watch should still vibrate.
