Anyone else having issues with this watch? My spouse cannot use its full LTE functionality because it overheats and battery drains so fast.

Hello, I understand how frustrating it is for the watch to overheat and drain the battery. If you have verified the software is up to date and tried doing a factory reset, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/, and the issue continues, the watch will need to be serviced. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. I have the watch 4 classic I have not had issues with the data connection but it does get a little warm. But battery life is about 1 day. I think it could be better
