Galaxy Watch 4 red spot

Hi. 

Anyone having problems with the galaxy watch 4? I have a red spot appearing. Sometimes when watch is on it feels like a tingle. I do keep the watch and wrist clean.

May I ask what do you do with the watch most often? The watch band can block sun and sometimes oxygen from getting to your skin which makes the skin more weak.
