My galaxy watch 4 suddenly spider stopped working. I haven't even had the watch one year and getting answers is frustrating. Please don't waste your money.

I have seen some posts about similar issue. Have you tried leaving watch on the charger for an hour or more to see if it will wake up? Otherwise compact Samsung support of you haven't.

If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on or if it doesn't seem to charge, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself.
