Hey guys, so I have Bixby set up to activate whenever I double press the home button on my watch and it isn't letting Bixby activate. It asks for me to agree to terms and conditions and then after I hit that and press okay it says unknown error and then quits. what do I do to fix it without having to reset it? I tried settings on my phone and nothing worked.
Have you updated your device recently?
Unfortunately, the next recommendation would be to try a reset on the watch.
I have to same issue. Galaxy watch 46mm and s9+. I've reset the watch and updated it and bixby still doesn't work. Constantly getting "An error has occurred. Unable to answer your question. Please try again later."
