Since the last update my timer on my galaxy watch hasn't been working correctly.
I use the timer on my watch to monitor filling wash tanks. In the past when the timer was up, my watch would vibrate until I turned it off. Sometimes I would allow it to vibrate for a few minutes until I could get back to the tanks to turn the water off. Only then would I silence the alarm.
Since the update the watch only vibrates for maybe 30 seconds and then silences itself. This causes me to miss the alarm often and overflow my wash tanks. How can I remedy this, or do I need to find a new watch that doesn't silence its own alarms? I have reset and hard reset the device, to no avail.

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your watch alarm turning off the vibration on its own on your Galaxy watch 5. As you have stated this started after the update, I would recommend submitting an error report, so our team of engineers can get a direct look at the symptom you are experiencing: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

Galaxy Watch@LastStarfighter Do you have Gestures enabled?
- Watch settings
- Buttons and Gestures
- Double Pinch
If this is ON and you accidentally double pinch, the alarm will be turned off.

Galaxy WatchI do not have double pinch enabled, or any other gestures. I can stay still, look at the watch, and witness it just stop vibrating after sometimes as few as only 15 seconds. NO gestures, no shaking, no touching.
This wasn't a problem prior to the update. I could let it vibrate for over 5 minutes, and it would just keep on.
Any other ideas? Did Samsung just blow it with this update?
