I need help with this watch. I can't update or change my watch faces. I like to have my weather, steps and some other information showing and I can not do that. Who is able to give me some idea? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Galaxy WatchLet’s troubleshoot this step-by-step:
:white_heavy_check_mark: First, Basic Checklist
Make sure your watch is connected to your phone (via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi).
Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone — this is where most watch face settings are handled.
Check for updates:
On your phone: Galaxy Wearable > Watch settings > Watch software update.
On your watch: Settings > Software update.
If the watch or app is out of date, face customization and syncing may be broken.
:artist_palette: To Change or Customize Watch Faces: Option 1: On the Watch
Touch and hold the current watch face.
Swipe left/right to pick a different one.
Tap “Customize” under the face to change complications (steps, weather, etc.).
Option 2: Using Galaxy Wearable App
Open Galaxy Wearable.
Tap "Watch faces".
Choose a face.
Tap Customize or Complications (depends on the face).
Choose what data (steps, weather, heart rate, etc.) appears.
Important: Some faces don’t support complications — try one like Digital Dashboard, Info Brick, or Modular Analog for full customization.
:hammer_and_wrench:️ If It’s Not Working:
If you're tapping “Customize” and nothing happens, or the face won’t sync, try:
Restart your watch and phone.
Clear cache/data of the Galaxy Wearable app:
Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Storage > Clear cache (and Clear data if needed).
Then reopen and re-pair your watch.
Reinstall the Galaxy Watch Plugin:
Go to the Play Store and search "Galaxy Watch Plugin".
Uninstall and reinstall it.
Unpair and re-pair your watch (last resort):
From the Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > Reset watch.
Then pair it again from scratch.
Still Having Issues?
If none of this works, it could be:
A corrupt watch face.
A region mismatch (e.g., your watch is from a different country and has limited features).
Or a permissions issue (the app may not have access to needed data like weather or location).
I can guide you through checking that next, if needed.
Would you like help with clearing the app cache or checking location permissions for weather on your watch?
