I got my galaxy watch 6 about a week ago and it has just been problem after problem. The most recent issue is that although the watch is paired and connected to my phone, it wont add as an accessory on the Samsung Health app so I can't track my sleep/HR/steps using the watch.

The app finds my watch and tries to register it as an accessory but it redirects me to the Galaxy wear app with no further inputs. I have cleared the cache of both apps as well as unpairong and repairing my watch, reinstalling both apps (and in the process losing all my previously saved health data), so now im at a total loss. All apps are up to date as well as my phone (A16 5g) and my watch.

@Ydrin You don't need to add the GW 6 to Samsung Health as an accessory. All  you need to do is connect your watch to your phone via the Wearable app. The data will automatically appear in Samsung Health.

The watch is already connected through galaxy watch, but when I try to check any of it it doesn't show, it also doesn't show any of the cards related to GW like heart rate, which only appeared when I first registered my watch before I had to re-pair it to my phone

I also have the issue that every time I try to show any data on my phone from the watch, it shows me a population which says "this feature isnt available", even though it used to show it.

@Ydrin On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Click on Watch settings. Click on Health. Make sure the settings are configured the way that you want them.

On the watch, open the Samsung Health app. It should show your latest data.

What phone are you using?

I've configured my settings, and in regards to the watch it shows all of the latest and correct info, but when I try to see the same info on my phone it wont show any of it. it allows me to manually add in data for example the sleep tracker, but none of the info from the watch is transferred.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G

If i try to open the health settings on my watch from my phone it redirects me to this page, from there it shows me the health app on my phone without the correct info

I would check the permissions for the Samsung Health app on your phone. 1772078419382.jpg

these are the current permission given to Samsung health, i have also unticked 'Manage if unused' so there should be no barriers.

@Ydrin The permissions look OK. That is a weird icon for Samsung Health though. I would try deleting Samsung Health from your phone. Then go to the Galaxy store and reinstall it.
