Galaxy Watch 7 LTE fail to activate for Xfinity network

Since I got my Galaxy Watch 7, I was not able to active the LTE service on Xfinity, even after contacted Xfinity support for a few time. Even at their end, after providing the IEMI, they know its a smartwatch model 44mm and silver as such, but everything else was showing as unknown.
When going through the phone app to activate, the system even report that the IEMI was reported locked or stolen error message......
Really need help from Samsung please! Thank you!

You have to contact Samsung support. From where did you obtain the watch, and can you return it?

Did you buy it new? If you bought it used Unfortunately if it's listed as stolen it is worthless and will never be able to be active. Sellers often scam people by selling stolen goods. Its sad šŸ˜”

I ordered my watch directly from Samsung website here...... that's why I am surprise and think something is wrong or mistaken with the IEMI.

How do I contact Samsung support?
