The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. š”

Galaxy WatchYep - I'll never buy another Samsung product. Expensive **bleep**. I have several models of the watch. None of them are working now...only with a reset. And I sent back two of them. Samsung did bogus repairs, knowing the issue and sent them back. Seriously unbelievable.

Galaxy WatchI updated my Galaxy Watch 5 and since the update, it keeps forcing me to reset and reconnect to my phone wich it already paired with. It is seriously driving me crazy. Is there any way to rollback the last update?? What can i do to maintain connection? It worked fine up untill the update and nothing changed on my phone or my settings. If it keeps acting up like this for another week i'll simply get rid of it and stop using it because this is unbearable.

Galaxy WatchI've found a solution, you have yo reset the watch, delete the galaxy watch plugin and the wearable app from your phone. And download the older galaxy watch apk from apkmirror i tried version 25041051 and so far it's working without any disconnects. If you ask samsung they simply say other android phones than Samsung are not officially supported 𤦠unbelievable. But anyway, i've found a solution!

Galaxy WatchSorry to say that probably the only fix may be to factory reset the phone (and maybe the watch), restore your backup and see how that goes. You probably will still have to re-pair the watch to the wear app, but it will probably stick after that. The issue is more likely with the phone than the watch, especially if you recently got the system update.

Galaxy WatchHave you put in an error report? The only way the issue gets addressed is if affected users actually put in an error report with the development team.
