Galaxy WatchIt looks like you have notifications turned off for messages. Are you using Google Messages? Just tap that "manage app notifications" box on the bottom, there and turn on notifications for the apps you want on the watch. You said you turned on messages notifications, did you turn on the *right* messages app? Both Google and Samsung are just called "messages", so you have to go by the icon. Also, if you are using Google messages, make sure you have the companion app for the watch.

Galaxy WatchI went through all the settings ... Samsung, Google, everything I could possibly look at. I did find a permission that was toggled off but for the life of me don't know where I found it. I seriously didn't think anyone out there would help me or I would have wrote it down step by step of how I fixed it.
I apologize for anyone having the same issue. I tried to retrace where I went to fix it but couldn't figure it out. Any changes I made I restarted the phone and the watch. Whatever I did it worked.
Thank you so much @AAbbott for reaching out to help me!
