Galaxy Watch Active 2 Touch screen not responding

Dear admin,

 

My galaxy watch active 2 watch suddenly stopped responding, I mean the touch screen. Please note, I already did reset, erased wearable app, factory reset and all the things that were mentioned in previous posts.

Can someone help me, now I can not even pair the watch to my phone app because the touch screen does not respond. 

All your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Btw Samsung repair techs are no where to be found.

I know they partner with the company called YouBreakIFix have you looked to see if there is one in your area to see if they can assist? I'm not an admin but I wasn't sure if you are aware there is a place ypu can take that to.

I went to the 'youbreakitifixit' and was told they do not have the parts to diagnose or even fix it. smh

I have the same issue. I called and they say it's an issue with watch (prob water damage) and that I have to send it in for them to fix and of course their is a charge. I highly doubt this issue is due to water. Too many people have this same problem with their watch. It has to be a software glitch. smh. They just want u to pay money to have it fixed or buy a new one. smh
