I guess I'm another victim of the 1 year glitch.  Is this how Samsung gets people to buy a new watch?  My back button will not work at all, and the watch is now useless.  It continually asked me to open Samsung Pay (which is normally done by holding the back button).  My watch is now a $250 piece of junk.  Not happy at all.  Apparently this is a well documented problem that happens to MANY people.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when the buttons on your watch are not functioning as intended. Button malfunctions on your watch can be caused by physical damage or software issues. However, clean the buttons if there's build up of foreign material like lotion preventing them from properly working.
