Galaxy Watch Active 40mm Screen issue

I bought my active watch back in April. This week out of no where the screen will no longer turn on. The bluetooth is still connected to my phone and when I reboot it I can see it connect and disconnect fron my phone. Also, I can feel the tactile feedback at times as well as see the green heartrate(?) monitor sensor blinking, but the screen is still black.


So far no rebooting has been able to fix it, seems like a screen issue. Is it time to send it in? What is the repair process?
