Galaxy WatchHi all,
I'm using Galaxy Watch for several days, the "Always on" display feature is enabled. But at every night the display is switching off, and I need to press a button at night or in the morning to see the time again.
Looks like, it switch off the screen, when the watch are not moving for some time, it looks like a bug.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy Watch@userw3naSwr5CS Thank you for that information. Do you usually have the watch paired with the phone?

Galaxy Watch@userw3naSwr5CS I know you had said you didn't want to reset the watch since it is still so new, but at this point that would be our last recommendation before repair services.

Galaxy WatchI know I said that, but I actually did do a reset last night. It was fine (it worked), until (i think) put it on its charger. whn it came off was when i took the video. it had stopped working again. i'll try again, but i won't be able to for a few hours. i'll let you know how it goes. thanks.

Galaxy Watch@userw3naSwr5CS I appreciate that. If you've already tried the reset and the issue happened again, then I would have to recommend repair services to have a technician look at it. We can set that up for you and send you a shipping label to send the watch to us. Or, you can always check with your carrier for their repair options. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Galaxy WatchI Iireally don't want to go down the "repair" route. it's been out of the box for less than 36 hours. If it won't work properly then I shall return it. But i'll try again tonight.

Galaxy Watchsame issue... enable/disable.. the display setting has no effect. always on is not working on any watchface preinstalled or not. Unrelated to night mode or energy saving...
Feel a bit miffed beta testing the unit on release
