Galaxy WatchHi all,
I'm using Galaxy Watch for several days, the "Always on" display feature is enabled. But at every night the display is switching off, and I need to press a button at night or in the morning to see the time again.
Looks like, it switch off the screen, when the watch are not moving for some time, it looks like a bug.

Galaxy Watch@userW2P1mwDElm If the always on display is still not working, the only other option we could provide at this point would be repair services.

Galaxy WatchSame issue here, it looks like the always on mode gets override if it thinks you’re inactieve for serveral hours (in my case somewhere about 2,5/3 hours) I’m not sure but i think it has something to do with the “Inactive time notifications”. Tried all steps like resetting watch, rebooting, reboot phone, reconnect BT but nothing worked so far.
Using iPhone 7+ iOS 12 (beta)

Galaxy WatchSorry to report, but I'm having the same problem, always-on doesn't work. Tried everything in this thread including the Sep15 update, display keeps getting turned off.
Any new suggestions?
Thanks!

Galaxy WatchYes, I watched the video; and it is definitely not working the way it should. Just to confirm, what type of phone do you have the watch paired to? Also, is the watch a carrier version or a bluetooth version?
