Galaxy WatchIn the past 3 weeks my wife has noticed that her watch had started operating hot and today it actually burned her. I have noted that this is not a singular occurence and there are several posts on this subject for the last year or so. Given Samsungs track record of using faulty lithium batteries that have caught fire in their mobile devices I have turned off the device and will not be turning it back on.
We purchased galaxy watches last Christmas, her watch is a Galaxy Watch 42 Black and mine is a 46; I have not experienced the same problem but I have noticed my battery draining very quickly recently. Possibly a firmware update had created problems?
Please provide a solution to this issue.

Galaxy WatchHello!
Thank you for reaching out, I can understand doing so experiencing this symptom. I would be happy to look into this further for you. Could you please provide me with the model and serial/IMEI number for the watch in a private message, along with any photos you may have of the symptom? https://bit.ly/2SUXRar
