I was gifted a Galaxy watch in Sep 2020 and the floor counter has never worked (it is now Oct 2020). There's a lot of other people complaining of the counter not working at all or counting erroroneously. I hear it is possibly related to a Tizen update. Wondering if anybody in the Samsung community has experienced this. I see a lot of discussion, along with a solution from 2018, but it doesn't work. Please help!
