I have had the an issue with AT&T Number Sync being disabled/suspended if you try to use as a standalone device or not within bluetooth range. I had a Galaxy Active 2 Watch, went through the highest level of tech support with AT&T, said that it was a faulty watch and they directed me to Samsung. Samsung could not figure out what was going on so I sent the device into them.. A day later the device was returned and the issue was not resolved. Received the run around from both companies and AT&T determined that it was a bad device and they cancelled my contract on that line... I was talked into ordering the Galaxy Watch 3, received it today and it is doing the EXACT same thing as the Active 2. Samsung and AT&T needs to work together and fix this. I am to the point of being done with buying Samsung products PERIODT.
