Galaxy Watch One UI8 Tile Issue

I have the galaxy watch ultra from last year and just downloaded the new One UI8. For some reason I can only have one page of tiles that scroll vertically. The Watch won't add another column of tiles even if they have nothing to do with the first row of tiles.

I just got the watch ultra and I'm facing this problem. I only have a total of 4 tiles and I can't add more😭
