One of my favorite widgets on my S3 Frontier was the S Health 24 hour log widget. I can't seem to fin it on my Galaxy Watch. Was it removed or am I just missing it? If I am just missing it where do I find it or what do I need to do to get it to appear?
I really hope I am just missing - if not that is a HUGE dissapointment.
I agree this widget was so useful and used several times a day. Also was one of the features I used is my coffee break conversations with apple devotees....one less winning feature...dohh. can it be re-loaded in some way.
I literally could not believe my own eyes when I saw the notification that the widget has been discontinued. That was probably the widget I used the most, and as someone here said, a very nice distinguishing feature from the competition. I am certain that the widget's nice design and usefulness was a key decision factor in favour of Gear S.
Thank you for this disappointment. Will actively look for a way do downgrade back to tizen 3.
I just updated my S3 and got the same message, I immediately freaked out because it's just about the only reason I own the S3 (is for the health app). I found that if you go to the S3 wearable app on your phone and open settings, you'll see the widgets item click on widgets go to the bottom of the list you'll find "add widgets" and the health widgets are still there you just have to add the ones you want then you can rearrange where it shows up by holding the up down arrow dragging it up. It sure would be nice if Samsung could make an upgrade that would disrupt or your settings.
I have looked on the phone and I do not see the 24-hour log widget You are all so polite and restrained. Pick any 10 widgets on the watch and I would trade them for the 24. It was the best widget on the phone and I will abandon the platform for the first alternative that offers me this functionality. Dear Samsung, please reach out to me to help you with commercials built around this widget and while you're at it get rid of the curved glass on your note series phones - it is a dreadful waste of stylus-space!
SAMSUNG IS DICTETOR SAMSUNG. I hate samsung for doing this. they did similar things to my galaxy S9. removed features which i was using it. 24 hour log widget was the only thing i liked about it.
