Galaxy Watch Series devices battery widget suddenly not work

I didn't do anything on the watch. Suddenly the battery widget has problem, the numbers not change any more, while the green progress bars are showing correct percentage.

I am not following if this is a solution or not.   I tried this, rebooted both devices simultaneously, took the tile out and reestablished, etc.  

 

In all instances, the tile starts properly when initialized but doesn't update.   It's interesting that it hits some, but not all.  

In any case, a Mickey Mouse, albeit frustrating error and hopefully Samsung will address this in the next couple of weeks.

I wrote last week, contacted customer support but still no real help, mine still doesn't work, I was asked to take a screen shot and video, none of which I know how to do, so I asked several times how to do that and got no help! And my phone is the s25ultra.

I just noticed a new problem, the tile showing my buds battery percentage is not updating either!

That is likely the same disconnect between the phone and the watch tile.

I noticed today that the battery percentage tile isn't updating, I removed it and put it back several times, then it shows the correct percentages but then continues not to update, any thoughts???

You are not the fist to notice this, there is another post on the matter here.  However, you need to put in an error report. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

It is working fine for most people, but for some it is not. For me, it's working fine.  I do not normally use that tile, but I but it on in response to the other post so I could see if I was one of the ones affected. It appears that, for the time being, I am not.  However, the issue won't be addressed unless you put in the error report.
