I'm not able to see how much storage is being used by each app in the galaxy wearable app as shown below

Unfortunately, it still says the same.

Do apps also show up the watch in the same manner? Have you attempted to factory reset and restore the watch to see if this fixes it? The process is pretty fast and resetting usually resolves most weird bugs like this. I don't think it is a problem with the app itself.
