Did you clear the watch cache partition? Did you have the watch/phone in do not disturb or sleep mode? Sleep mode has its own instance of of dnd and, unless you change the parameters, it blocks out everything (except alarms). That is so you can get some sleep. What kind of notifications are you not getting? Is it random or the same apps each time? Are you disconnected from your phone and do not have remote connection turned on and do not have companion apps on the watch for the apps in question?
