The touch screen on my active 2 suddenly stopped working yesterday. Buttons still work but no touch screen.
I did tuen off and restart, with no luck.

Have you attempted to reset the device? Give this a shot:
Navigate to and tap Settings > General > Reset. Be sure to tap the Back up data option at the bottom of the screen to avoid data loss. Then, tap Reset.

I can not tap reset the touchscreen does not work. It there anotehr way??

Hey @userAEdvJi3VaI, I hope you are doing well.
Have you tried holding the power button for about 10 seconds or more? Doing this will reboot the device without the need to use the touchscreen.

Like my buddy @SamsungAdam said, let's try master resetting with hardware keys.
Master reset with hardware keys
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card.
If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.
