Galaxy Watch causing skin inflammation

My Samsung Galaxy watch is causing my skin to rash. I clean my wrist and watch every day, I have never experienced this with other fitness watches nor have I ever suffered with skin conditions. I just put my watch on last night after allowing my skin to heal for one month and the rash has appeared again already. The rash appears only under the watch face, not the strap. I believe it's maybe the metal or battery reacting/ burning my skin. My skin is raised and appears burned or blistered.

how tight do you wear the watch.... not sure if daily cleansing makes it worse?
