I have the galaxy watch anniversary edition. It's 2 yrs old and no problems until yesterday. I started getting warnings about the battery overheating and it would shut down. I left it alone for a day then recharged , turned on and same thing happened.  I have checked for updates, I reset it and still same thing. I'm so disappointed.  Any fixes known?

I understand how frustrating this is. A factory reset is the final step of troubleshooting before repairs are recommended. For more information on having the watch repaired or to set up service, you can call customer support at 1-800-786-7864 or use the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ I apologize for the inconvenience!
