@userTDzhn9ggfq  If the troubleshooting is not helpful, then a service repair would be recommended. I would be happy to look into the options available. Please send a private message with the model code and the serial number. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

Thanks for the reply @SamsungRei  but i factory reset the watch and things seem to be working as normal for now- very confused as to what happened initially. I followed this video https://youtu.be/xkik7rsMQB0

My watch has no power.  I put it on the charger and it is like the charger is dead, but there is no way to tell if the charger is the problem or if my watch battery won't charge.  I don't know the model and serial number because the phone won't turn on.  I got the watch as a gift Christmas 2018.

This has happened to my galaxy active today! It has been on the charger all day and still won't turn on. I have tried all the suggestions and have attempted a recovery where it says setting up etc but vibrates and then the screen goes off and nothing works.

Thank you for reaching out! Here are some steps you can try when your watch is stuck in a boot loop and unable to power on. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003223 If the watch will still not power on after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, please send a private message with the full model code and the serial number, and I will be happy to see what other options are available. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

Galaxy watch active 2 won't turn on

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Hi, had this watch for about 3 months now, and out of the blue yesterday it just stopped working. I let the battery run out as I hadn't been using it, but when I took it off charge it started to load and then just flickered and turned off. Now it won't turn on at all. I've tried holding the power button for ten seconds, I've tried holding both buttons to reset it but still nothing. I was on hold to customer services at Argos (where I bought it) for almost an hour and still nothing.

Any advice?

While it's charging, hold down the power button. After about 5-10 seconds it'll reboot and you'll be good to go.
