I purchased the Galaxy Watch6 Classic and it's been giving problems with the touchscreen. It keeps scrolling on it's own and sometimes it won't let me interact with the bottom of the screen or open the apps menu. I asked a TMobile expert and they claimed it was something going on with the software. I wanna confirm if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
Yes, I reconnected the watch to my phone to see if that would solve the problem and nothing happened. It's been having the same problem since I got it out of the box.
