Galaxy active 2 not getting messages

My new galaxy active 2 watch keeps taking off my messages notification. I have to keep turning it on after unpairing my phone and reconnect it. The I turn on the notifications to the watch. It keeps happening at least ever other day. Can anyone help.

What type of device are you pairing with your watch?

 

Are you using the stock messaging app on your device?

- If not I would recommend using the stock messaging app on your device.

Is your watch resetting when you are experiencing these symptoms?

-If not then these are a few things I would recommend trying for the symptoms you are experiencing:

 

1. Force stop and clear the cache and data on the Galaxy wearables app

2. Uninstall and re-install the Galaxy wearables app

3. Reset network settings. Just a heads up, by resetting the network settings, it will remove all wi-fi and Bluetooth settings you currently have saved.

4. Reset the watch.
