Hi i had my galaxy active 2 touch screen not responding.

Both side buttons are working but the touch screen is not working i tried to reset it, reboot it but still not any respond please help me.

Check if it's on water lock. Disables the touch. Using scroll wheel get to settings menus. If it's not on and a reset did not work. You could do a full factory reset. If that fails it may be damaged may have to send it in for repair.

Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly.
