Active 2 watch suddenly drains battery and keeps trying to reboot but cant. Now I have just discovered that the battery had pushed the front screen/face off the watch???

What is this? Is it a known issue?

I've never heard of that. Do u have the extra service by asurion. If so you might be able to get a new watch. And hopefully you won't have to pay for the deductible

Uh that sounds like your lithium battery is swelling. I would get that sent in somewhere for repair as soon as possible or that could possibly explode or catch on fire. I would keep the device powered off and get it repaired asap. Make sure you store it somewhere safe while you try to find a place to repair it.
