Active 2 watch keeps disconnecting from phone and I'm in the same building. Example I go to the bedroom and leave my phone on the couch it disconnects. Help.
Try reinstalling the Galaxy Wearable app first. If that doesn't work, try Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this clears all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.
