Galaxy buds issue (again)

So my first pair of Galaxy buds, I had to send back cause my right earbud gave out, so they sent me a new pair free. Well that was a month ago or so. Same issue. After pressing my right Galaxy bud into my ear today at lunch, it lost all bass and is extremely quiet. Almost no audio. How the other pairs issue started. Left earbud is fine. What do I do? Can I get another pair? Should I just get another pair of Bluetooth headphones? This issue keeps happening. Also the Galaxy watch tag cause I didn't see a headphones tag
