I recently bought myself a Samsung Fit 3 watch but now it's giving me problems.
On the Samsung health app, it shows my heart rate, steps, sleep, and a lot more, but it doesn't show any workouts I've recorded. Every measurement on my watch shows on my samsung health app but the workouts. I've let it syn and sit for a day but my workout still isn't showing in the app.
If anyone has experienced a similar problem and found a way to get it connected, I would really appreciate all the help!
If you didn't actually start the workout on your watch, but let it auto-record, then you need to go into SH and click on the Workouts section and then the 3 dots and tell it to show Auto-recorded workouts.
Workouts recorded on the Fit not being synced to Samsung Health is a widely reported problem. Apparently Samsung doesn't care. If you start recording the workout from the Samsung Health app, instead of from the Fit, it will be recorded in Samsung Health (and includes the Heart Rate from the Fit).
