Galaxy frontier 3 Touch screen not working.

Hello,
My galaxy watch touch-screen is not working. Did a reboot. Now it say let's go, but I can't swipe up because the touch-screen won't let me swipe.
Can you please help with this?

I recommend that you try these troubleshooting steps.

If this doesn't I work then I recommend that you call into 1-800-Samsung.

How did you do the reboot? If you didn't do it by holding both buttons then try that.

I am also having the same issue, now have a new phone and have no way to pair it to my phone.
