I got this watch for my birthday not quite 7 months ago and it will not continue to run. Started by randomly shutting off. I have turned this on and rebooted at least 20 different times. Now it shut off with 60% battery and will not turn on. I have had it on the charger that came with it for over 16 hours and no response. This has been going on for 2 or 3 weeks now and is extremely disappointing. This is my second Samsung watch and the third one of my family. I have been a Samsung owner for 20 years including phones, watches, ovens, and TV's. Samsung this looks like a software issue?? Please stand by your product and help me. I am not in a position to buy +$300 watch that only works for 7 months.
Recap- random shut downs & now will not turn on. I have rebooted many many times and that is not the answer..
